- Articulate and champion the company's values and employee value proposition
- Build storytelling programs across the talent lifecycle
- Create employer-brand content for employees and the external talent market
- Align Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications messaging
- Surface employee stories and help employees share them
- Measure content performance and refine the storytelling strategy
