About the role
Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications from plain-language instructions. This SDET will build automated test frameworks and validate web, API, and AI-powered product workflows.
What you'll do
- Develop automated tests for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end journeys
- Build reusable automation frameworks and test infrastructure
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve execution reliability
- Investigate test failures and improve automation stability
- Test AI-powered workflows, generated outputs, and regression risks
- Track automation coverage, defect trends, and test reliability
