Performance Marketing Leader

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications from plain-language instructions. You will lead global paid acquisition, managing budgets, channels, creative testing, measurement, and a performance team.

• Build paid growth plans and budgets by channel and market
• Improve acquisition economics, including CAC, payback, and LTV:CAC
• Manage global paid campaigns and rebalance channel spending
• Run creative testing with design and content teams
• Build reliable attribution and measurement across channels
• Lead the performance team and manage agencies and vendors
