• Own event-led pipeline generation across India and the Middle East
• Plan and execute conferences, roundtables, webinars, and other events
• Manage event calendars, logistics, speakers, attendee experience, and follow-up
• Partner with sales, SDR, customer success, and other teams to improve conversions
• Manage event budgets, vendors, procurement, and ROI
• Track event performance and improve formats, playbooks, and processes
