• Align CoreHRMS, Time & Attendance, and Compliance into an enterprise roadmap
• Automate employee lifecycle processes, policies, and headcount planning
• Scope, prioritize, and justify enterprise product features
• Set discovery, delivery, and customer outcome standards across pods
• Turn HR and CHRO insights into customer-led roadmaps
• Connect product roadmap decisions to enterprise ARR and NRR
