About the role
Fermi AI is building an AI tutor for students preparing for NEET and JEE. You will build and scale its marketing and growth engine across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and brand.
What you'll do
- Define positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans
- Run performance marketing across digital channels and app stores
- Design referral loops and lifecycle journeys with product
- Build school, coaching institute and teacher partnerships
- Grow student and parent-facing content and communities
- Hire and manage the first marketing team and agencies
