About the role
Metaforms provides an AI platform that helps market research agencies scale survey programming, data processing, and project management. The Marketing Associate will build the brand through social content, community activities, customer stories, and product launch messaging.
What you'll do
- Develop social and brand strategies for research and AI audiences
- Create recurring content series that establish Metaforms’ voice
- Connect customers and community members through conversations and events
- Turn customer stories and team insights into blogs, newsletters, and videos
- Shape product launch messaging around customer value
- Coordinate messaging with product, customer success, and leadership
