About the role
Metaforms builds AI agents that automate survey programming, quality assurance, data processing and reporting for market research. You will develop and operate reliable AI agent systems, evaluation infrastructure and human-review workflows for research operations.
What you'll do
- Own the production agent harness for planning, tool use, checking and failure recovery
- Develop methods for long-context handling and cascading-error mitigation
- Define evaluation rubrics and build regression suites for AI outputs
- Monitor production agents and turn failures into test cases
- Create tools for experts to refine agent skills, evaluation sets and knowledge bases
- Design human-review workflows for high-stakes outputs
