About the role
Metaforms provides an AI platform that automates work for market research agencies. The Research Manager will ensure research quality by designing and reviewing surveys, interpreting data, and guiding research tools built with product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Design questionnaires from research briefs, including sampling and routing
- Review surveys and datasets for methodological issues and errors
- Turn survey data into defensible insights reports and presentations
- Advise product, engineering, and AI teams on research quality
- Test prototypes and provide structured feedback
- Train researchers and technical teams on research standards
