About the role
Composio builds infrastructure that lets AI agents use workplace tools and services. You will build and operate customer-facing agentic workflows that diagnose and resolve support issues, improve reliability, and turn recurring problems into product capabilities.
What you'll do
- Build agentic workflows for support intake, diagnosis, remediation, and follow-up
- Develop tool-using agents with bounded recovery actions and verification
- Create evaluation suites for correctness, resolution quality, and safe escalation
- Build human-in-the-loop systems with clear approvals and handoffs
- Debug customer issues, ship fixes, and verify resolutions
- Improve observability, memory, and feedback loops for agents
