About the role

RSM provides consulting and professional services to middle-market clients, with its India centre supporting global practices. You will lead Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement engagements, shape solutions, and mentor consultants while remaining hands-on with configuration and delivery.

What you'll do

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform solutions
Translate business problems into functional specifications and architecture designs
Lead concurrent engagements across discovery, delivery, and post-go-live support
Oversee project quality, risks, timelines, integrations, and data migration
Review work products and guide junior consultants through coaching and feedback
