About the role
Swiggy operates an on-demand delivery platform across India. The Operations Manager will lead outbound sales operations, manage a large team, and drive performance against business KPIs.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end outbound sales operations and business KPIs
- Lead 100+ executives through Team Leaders
- Monitor operational metrics and drive daily performance reviews
- Manage dialer campaigns, dialing strategy, and lead allocation
- Analyze MIS reports and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with support teams and ensure SLA compliance
