About the role
GoDESi Foods operates a warehouse supporting goods dispatch and inward inventory. The Operations Executive will coordinate dispatches, verify shipments and receipts, resolve delivery issues, and reconcile inventory.
What you'll do
- Plan dispatch schedules based on delivery timelines and order priorities
- Coordinate warehouse and logistics partners for timely pickups and dispatches
- Verify invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and received quantities
- Follow up with drivers and transport vendors to resolve transit issues
- Generate dispatch reports and share them with management
- Track inward discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation
