About the role

- Source candidates for field sales and factory roles
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews and walk-in drives
- Coordinate factory manpower needs and contractor documentation
- Issue offers, collect joining documents and complete registrations
- Conduct Day 1 induction and follow up with new joiners
