About the role
GoDesi is a desi snacks brand with general trade, modern trade, quick-commerce and in-house manufacturing operations. You will partner with sales, production and operations leaders on hiring, workforce planning, compliance, employee relations and performance.
What you'll do
- Own time-to-fill and quality of hire for sales roles
- Diagnose early attrition and improve onboarding and incentive clarity
- Ensure plant manpower availability and labour compliance
- Manage warehouse and operations staffing and contract manpower governance
- Track headcount, cost, vacancies and attrition for business reviews
- Run performance cycles and support managers with employee conversations
