About the role
Intugine provides supply chain visibility software and integrations to global brands. This intern will configure the platform, support tracking operations, resolve issues and improve operational processes.
What you'll do
- Design processes to improve team efficiency
- Configure the platform and troubleshoot customer issues
- Research new products and plan their implementation
- Conduct customer demos and training sessions
- Call truck drivers to assist with GPS tracking
- Resolve real-time tracking issues and coordinate with clients
