About the role
Intugine provides supply chain visibility software to global brands across multiple transportation modes. This role oversees operational processes, supports customers, configures the platform, and improves implementation and service outcomes.
What you'll do
- Execute and improve operational processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and track process performance
- Visit client locations to understand needs and train users
- Manage customer requests and worklists
- Configure the platform with technical teams and troubleshoot issues
- Set and monitor project KPIs and implementation processes
