Associate Director - Implementation

Intugine provides a supply chain visibility platform for global brands across transport modes. The Implementation Head will lead enterprise implementations and a 30–50-person organization while shaping strategy, processes, and delivery performance.

• Define implementation priorities, operating plans, and strategic initiatives
• Own enterprise implementations through go-live and customer adoption
• Lead a 30–50-person implementation organization across programs and field operations
• Drive implementation KPIs, revenue realization, utilization, and efficiency
• Build repeatable implementation processes across customers and geographies
• Resolve escalations with customers and internal teams
