About the role
Version 1 provides technology and transformation services, including Oracle ERP solutions, to global customers. This consultant will support Oracle Cloud ERP users, manage and resolve service tickets, and assist with release testing.
What you'll do
- Triage, categorise, assign, and track incidents and service requests
- Resolve standard user queries and Oracle ERP issues
- Perform user setup, password resets, and role provisioning
- Escalate unresolved issues with replication steps and impact details
- Document recurring issues and standard operating procedures
- Test Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and log defects
