About the role
PwC's Acceleration Center India delivers client services across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, including Oracle CX consulting. The director will lead Oracle billing and revenue transformation engagements, shape solutions and delivery, and guide client relationships and teams.
What you'll do
- Design Oracle CX billing and lead-to-revenue solutions for client engagements
- Direct configuration and integration across billing and customer experience platforms
- Oversee project delivery, scope, timelines, dependencies and issue resolution
- Advise clients on revenue operations, subscription billing, collections and order-to-cash
- Develop customer data, sales automation and revenue lifecycle roadmaps
- Lead business development, coach teams and guide enterprise CX strategy
