About the role
PwC India’s Acceleration Center delivers consulting services to clients across industries and geographies. You will lead Oracle CX strategy, architecture, and transformation programs while managing delivery teams and advising clients.
What you'll do
- Define Oracle CX strategy and multi-year platform roadmaps
- Lead full-lifecycle Oracle CX implementations, migrations, and enhancements
- Oversee solution architecture, integrations, and platform performance
- Guide CX analytics, reporting, data governance, and compliance
- Manage delivery teams, project governance, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Advise clients on customer journeys, automation, and platform modernization
