About the role
Egis is a global consulting, construction engineering, and operating firm serving transport, energy, and built-environment clients. You will provide L2 techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C processes and improve service reliability through analysis, testing, documentation, and automation.
What you'll do
- Provide L2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C modules and connected applications
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes and permanent corrective actions
- Support release validation, regression testing, hypercare, and stabilization
- Create troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Identify automation opportunities and support AI-enabled service improvements
