About the role
PwC's Digital Core Modernisation practice provides Oracle HCM consulting to clients across industries and geographies. You will analyze requirements, configure Oracle HCM solutions, support implementations, and help clients adopt the applications.
What you'll do
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional solutions
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules for core human capital processes
- Support implementation workstreams through testing, issue resolution, and deployment
- Develop functional documentation, process flows, and solution designs
- Interpret workforce data and operational metrics to inform recommendations
- Deliver training and support materials for Oracle HCM application adoption
