About the role

Egis provides consulting, construction engineering and operational services across transport, energy and the built environment. You will support Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM processes, investigate incidents and improve global ERP support operations.

What you'll do

Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules
Analyze incidents and assess impacts across connected systems
Investigate root causes and propose permanent corrective actions
Support release validation, regression testing and post-go-live stabilization
Develop troubleshooting guides, runbooks and knowledge base articles
Identify automation opportunities and improve support processes
