About the role
Fluence delivers energy storage and optimization software and services for renewable energy and power grids. The Principal Civil Engineer will supervise civil engineering teams and lead structural and civil design across project phases.
What you'll do
- Supervise and develop civil engineering team members
- Lead civil engineering scope through conceptual, FEED, and detailed design phases
- Prepare and review structural and civil analyses, reports, and calculations
- Review and approve designs, specifications, and vendor submissions
- Coordinate civil engineering work with project teams, clients, and site teams
- Conduct technical quality audits and ensure deliverables meet project requirements
