About the role
Yubi operates platforms for debt discovery, investment, fulfilment and collection. You will architect and build its agentic AI platform, develop production AI systems, and guide technical standards across engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Define architecture and technical direction for the agentic AI platform
- Build multi-agent systems, LLM workflows, and retrieval capabilities
- Establish evaluation, reliability, and responsible AI frameworks
- Develop internal SDKs, testing harnesses, and observability tools
- Mentor senior engineers and shape AI engineering roadmaps
