Principal Engineer – Electrical, Lightning Protection & Ice Mitigation

GE Vernova develops wind turbine technology, including blade lightning protection and ice mitigation systems. You will lead their technical design, validation, issue resolution, and engineering capability development across the product lifecycle.

• Own the lightning protection and ice mitigation technology roadmap and design specifications
• Oversee blade grounding integration, electro-physics modeling, and EMI design
• Lead validation campaigns, design reviews, and FMEA-based risk mitigation
• Guide NPI, factory quality issues, field repairs, and ice mitigation technology integration
• Mentor engineering talent and represent the company in international standards bodies
