GE Vernova Advanced Research develops technology for electrification, renewables, power generation and sustainable energy. The Principal Engineer will shape power electronics research, technology roadmaps and collaborations, and lead new technologies from concept through product introduction.

• Identify electrical and grid technology needs across GE Vernova businesses
• Build research programs and electrical systems technology roadmaps
• Develop strategic collaborations with universities and external partners
• Lead disruptive technology development from concept to product introduction
• Coordinate technology programs with business teams and long-term product plans
• Demonstrate new technologies in the lab to internal and external customers
