Graphcore develops AI compute hardware, software, and systems infrastructure. This engineer will lead silicon and platform validation, automation, and quality practices to ensure products are ready for release.

• Define validation strategies and coverage for silicon, subsystems, and platforms
• Develop automation frameworks for test plans and regression suites
• Lead validation from silicon bring-up through product readiness
• Analyze validation results and drive root-cause investigations
• Improve validation infrastructure, reporting, and execution efficiency
• Mentor engineers on validation methods and quality practices
