Alcon's Surgical R&D organization develops medical consoles, carts, handpieces and related surgical-system components. This engineer will convert industrial design concepts into controlled Creo models and production-ready mechanical designs.

• Convert industrial design concepts into production-intent Creo master models
• Create exterior surfaces for consoles, carts and handpieces
• Establish top-down skeleton architecture and interface controls
• Apply DFM/DFA to plastic and cast components
• Create drawings with GD&T and tolerance analysis
• Guide teams on Creo surfacing and master-model practices
