About the role
Alcon provides eye care products and services globally. You will operate, troubleshoot, and improve network, data center, voice, and public cloud infrastructure services.
What you'll do
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, data center, voice, and cloud infrastructure
- Manage NOC services to meet agreed service levels
- Configure and support routing, switching, and SD-WAN platforms
- Monitor network performance and resolve faults
- Support incident management, changes, upgrades, and migrations
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps
