About the role
Precision for Medicine provides scientific services to biopharmaceutical clients in translational medicine research. The Principal Scientist will lead and mentor laboratory staff while designing, performing, and reporting regulated cell-based assays.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Flow Laboratory team members and manage their performance
- Design and implement cell-based assays to meet client requirements
- Write and implement assay procedures and validation plans
- Perform flow immunophenotyping, ELISpot, and custom cell-based assays
- Prepare technical reports, posters, papers, reviews, and white papers
- Track laboratory efficiency and quality
