About the role
Precision Medicine Group provides scientific services to biopharmaceutical clients, including translational medicine research. The Principal Scientist will lead and mentor laboratory staff while designing, executing, validating, and reporting cell-based assays for client programs.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Flow Laboratory team members and manage their performance
- Design and implement cell-based assays to meet client requirements
- Write and implement assay standard operating procedures
- Execute assays and generate technical reports for clients
- Train staff in laboratory procedures and data presentation
- Track laboratory efficiency and quality
