About the role
ServiceTitan provides software that helps businesses manage and run their operations. The Principal Site Reliability Engineer will set reliability and infrastructure direction and build scalable automation for observability, incident response, and deployment safety.
What you'll do
- Define long-term architecture for reliability and infrastructure platforms
- Lead Kubernetes, observability, SLO, and incident management initiatives
- Establish reliability standards and error budgets across engineering teams
- Identify systemic reliability risks and drive cross-team remediation
- Build AI-assisted systems for production investigation and remediation
- Mentor SREs and contribute to technical hiring
