• Manage the India entity general ledger and month-end close
• Reconcile accounts and explain financial variances
• Oversee statutory filings, fixed assets, and payroll accounting entries
• Coordinate deliverables with the outsourced accounting firm
• Lead statutory audits and maintain accounting policies
• Improve accounting processes and contribute to building the local team
