About the role
ServiceTitan provides business software that helps companies operate more efficiently. You will improve cloud reliability through Kubernetes operations, observability, incident response, and infrastructure automation.
What you'll do
- Operate and improve the Kubernetes-based compute platform
- Build observability dashboards and alerts using SLIs and SLOs
- Investigate production incidents and complete root-cause remediation
- Automate repetitive operational work and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Review architecture and infrastructure decisions with product engineering teams
- Maintain runbooks and promote reliability practices across engineering
