About the role
Conga provides commercial operations software for pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications. This engineer will build and scale AI-enabled engineering practices and tools across Document Automation products and teams.
What you'll do
- Define AI-enabled engineering productivity strategy across products and services
- Build reusable prototypes, integrations, accelerators, and agentic workflows
- Establish secure standards and guardrails for AI-assisted engineering
- Integrate proven practices into delivery workflows, CI/CD, and quality processes
- Measure outcomes and improve approaches based on evidence
- Mentor engineers and contribute code, design reviews, and troubleshooting
