About the role
ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution and protection solutions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure customers. The Procurement Specialist will source materials, manage suppliers and purchase orders, and optimize costs and supply chain performance for Power Enclosures.
What you'll do
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business and supplier requirements
- Evaluate suppliers, analyze bids, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage purchasing, logistics, and local sourcing initiatives
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, supplier performance, and budgets
- Forecast savings and optimize product and project costs
