About the role
Black Duck provides application security tools and services that help organizations find and fix software vulnerabilities and defects. This engineer will stabilize production systems, lead incident response, and improve reliability through monitoring and automation.
What you'll do
- Own critical production incidents end to end
- Lead incident calls and improve response and recovery metrics
- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Monitor production systems and automate operational tasks
- Maintain dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and disaster recovery processes
- Mentor engineers and guide shift teams
