About the role
Black Duck provides application security tools and services that help organizations identify vulnerabilities and defects in software. The Production Operations Engineer will stabilize production systems, lead incident response, improve reliability, and automate operational work.
What you'll do
- Lead critical production incidents and coordinate incident response
- Monitor production systems and identify issues proactively
- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Automate operational tasks and reduce manual toil
- Maintain dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and disaster recovery processes
- Mentor engineers and guide shift handovers
