About the role
Black Duck provides application security tools and services that help organizations find and fix software vulnerabilities and defects. The Order Management Specialist reviews and processes customer orders, manages backlogs, supports billing and revenue recognition, and improves order-to-cash processes.
What you'll do
- Review and process customer orders from acceptance through fulfillment
- Check orders against pricing, contract, tax, and compliance requirements
- Manage order backlogs and support month-end and quarter-end deadlines
- Research and resolve order, fulfillment, and billing discrepancies
- Recommend process improvements and support automation and user testing
- Maintain order management procedures and work instructions
