About the role
PropertyGuru operates property marketplaces and related services across Southeast Asia. You will redesign Talent Development products and processes and pilot AI-enabled experiences that improve employee and leadership outcomes.
What you'll do
- Redesign Talent Development offerings as scalable products with clear user journeys
- Map and improve employee, manager and leader journeys
- Identify AI opportunities and partner with Tech or HR Systems to pilot solutions
- Prototype, test and iterate on Talent Development initiatives
- Influence leaders and drive adoption through enablement and storytelling
