About the role
Nium provides global infrastructure for cross-border payments, serving banks, fintechs and global businesses across markets. The Product Compliance Manager assesses product risks and converts regulatory obligations into scalable controls with product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Assess new products, payment flows and material changes for regulatory and financial crime risks
- Translate regulatory obligations into product requirements and proportionate controls
- Review existing products for compliance gaps and drive remediation
- Monitor regulatory developments and create jurisdictional guidance
- Develop AI-assisted compliance workflows and identify activities for automation
