About the role
PhonePe operates a digital payments platform and financial and consumer technology businesses, including a Payment Gateway for online merchants. The manager will lead design strategy and a team of designers for Payment Gateway and Web Platforms, delivering measurable product outcomes.

- Lead design strategy for Payment Gateway and Web Platforms
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 4–5 designers
- Translate business roadmaps into design strategies
- Guide prototyping and usability testing
- Define feature metrics and use data to improve outcomes
- Plan and deliver complex projects across quarters
