About the role
Jupiter provides consumer financial products in India's regulated fintech market. The Product Manager will own a consumer-facing product surface from specifications and launch decisions through customer feedback and post-launch improvements.
What you'll do
- Write concise product requirements with customer problems, metrics, and kill criteria
- Analyze product data and make launch, delay, or cancellation decisions
- Review customer support tickets and turn complaints into product fixes
- Partner with compliance on regulated product decisions
- Set product direction for specific screens, copy, and entry points
- Run user research and ship improvements across product surfaces
