About the role
KRAFTON India publishes games and supports the Indian gaming ecosystem through its gaming incubator. The Program Manager will run incubation cohorts and advise studios on product design, milestones, and player experience.
What you'll do
- Run cohort onboarding, milestone tracking, reporting, and graduation
- Liaise between incubated studios and internal stakeholders
- Review game UX, onboarding flows, and player experience
- Track budgets, deliverables, risks, and studio progress
- Coordinate mentorship sessions, workshops, and masterclasses
- Prepare leadership updates, dashboards, and reports
