About the role
KRAFTON India publishes games and supports the Indian gaming and startup ecosystem. The Senior Legal Counsel will advise business teams, negotiate contracts, manage regulatory matters, and support disputes and compliance.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts
- Research Indian legal developments and provide actionable guidance
- Support civil and criminal litigation and respond to authorities
- Oversee internal investigations and compliance activities
- Protect intellectual property and coordinate global legal strategy
- Build templates and processes to scale legal support
