About the role
Falcon provides cloud-native banking technology and processing services for financial institutions. This person will lead credit card implementations for banking partners, coordinating delivery from requirements through post-launch support.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of credit card implementation projects
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, go-live and post-launch support
- Gather and finalize business requirements with bank stakeholders
- Track project timelines, SLAs, risks and blockers
- Report project status, milestones and issues to leadership
