About the role
FinacPlus provides business process and technology services, and this role supports Toorak Capital Partners' mortgage technology platforms. The Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across engineering, product, and QA.
What you'll do
- Own sprint planning, release cadence, and retrospective processes
- Lead cross-functional teams through full software delivery cycles
- Identify dependencies and blockers, then execute risk mitigations
- Track delivery metrics and improve sprint performance
- Manage backlogs and assign plans and owners to undelivered features
- Present delivery updates and trade-offs to engineering and senior leadership
