About the role
FinacPlus provides virtual business process and technology services, and this role supports Toorak Capital Partners' mortgage technology platform. You will build and operate AI document-processing and retrieval systems, manage MLOps, and integrate AI tools into engineering workflows.
What you'll do
- Build LLM and OCR pipelines to classify, split, extract, and audit mortgage documents
- Develop RAG workflows for structured credit data
- Integrate AI coding assistants and automated review tools into CI/CD workflows
- Manage model versioning, testing, drift detection, and observability on GCP
- Build AI-powered reporting, anomaly detection, and loan performance insights
- Establish AI engineering practices and mentor junior and intern engineers
